Skrill offers prepaid MasterCard, which is linked with customers Skrill account balance. There is a annual fee of 10 EUR and withdrawals will cost 1.80 EUR, though local ATM surcharges may apply on top of that. Skrill MasterCard is a a card with non-embossing text part.

What is Skrill VIP?

If customer makes transactions more for more than €6,000 – or the equivalent in your chosen currency – in any rolling 3-month period, he becomes automatically a VIP. Note, that only transactions with merchants count, so when You make P2P transfers to other Skrill members(like Your friends f.e.), then this is not counting towards the Skrill VIP requirement, neither uploads or withdrawals count for that.
